Clinical Supervision for Associate and Post-Master’s Clinicians

Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for associate and post-master’s clinicians seeking a supportive space to deepen their work with clients and grow in their clinical voice. As an AAMFT-Approved Supervisor Candidate, I provide supervision under the guidance and requirements of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as I work toward full approval.

I'm completing my AAMFT Approved Supervisor Candidate training with the guidance of my clinical supervision mentor, Dr. Chris Gonzalez, LMFT.

My approach to supervision mirrors the way I practice therapy—grounded in attachment science and rooted in a belief that meaningful change happens through curiosity, compassion, and connection. I draw from my training in EMDR, EFT, and IFS, while honoring each clinician’s unique voice and theoretical orientation. Supervision with me is collaborative and supportive, where we explore both your clients’ inner worlds and your own responses as a clinician.

Together, we will:

  • Explore case conceptualization through an attachment-based and systemic lens

  • Deepen your ability to recognize and work with the emotional experiences of individuals and couples

  • Gently attend to moments of stuckness, uncertainty, or self-doubt in your clinical work

  • Strengthen your authenticity and presence in the therapy room

I aim to create a space where you feel supported and challenged—where your growth is honored, and where supervision becomes a place not just for skill-building, but for developing a more grounded, attuned, and confident sense of yourself as a therapist.
